Who Sanare Lab is
Sanare Lab is a US fenbendazole manufacturer with a narrower range than its rivals. It sells capsules in two strengths, 222 mg and 444 mg, in three bottle sizes. There is no powder and no 500 mg option. In return, it has more formal credentials than the other two suppliers we compare.
It reports a 4.6 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot across more than 205 reviews, and it is a BBB accredited business. Review sites are never proof of quality, but a seller with hundreds of public reviews has more to lose than one with none.
Certifications and testing
Here is what Sanare Lab says about how it makes and checks its product.
- FDA-registered facility. The plant is registered with the US Food and Drug Administration. Registration means the FDA knows the facility exists. It does not mean the FDA has approved the product.
- GMP certified. Good Manufacturing Practice is a set of rules covering how a facility produces, records and controls its products.
- Third-party HPLC and GC-MS. HPLC measures purity, and GC-MS confirms identity and looks for trace impurities. Sanare Lab quotes 99.9% purity.
- Heavy metals and microbiology. Both are tested, which is something the other two suppliers don't say they do.

At $29.99 this is the cheapest way to try a documented product, and the 30-count bottle means you aren't committing to a big order. The per-capsule price is higher than the larger bottles, so it makes sense to move up a size once you know you want to stay with it.

The 444 mg capsule costs about a third more than the 222 mg, but holds twice as much, so each milligram is cheaper. Both capsules go through the same testing, so the only real difference is how much is in each one.

Our verdict
Good for: US buyers who want documented testing, a cheap first bottle, and free shipping on any order.
Not so good for: people who want powder, a 500 mg capsule, or the lowest cost per milligram at volume. BP Life is cheaper at scale. It is also not an option outside the US.
